- Moves more into defines
- splits fbcb2 into fbcb2_assets and fbcb2_main
- moves CBA settings into their respective modules
- adds logging level to milsim_common_fnc_log, based on DEBUG_MODE in framework/script_mod.hpp
- improves asset detection and comms server>client
- changes formatting and extends info of signals & environment intel records
- adds ability to spawn supply boxes from arsenal boxes
- implements roughly 80% coverage CBA macros for consistent variable and function naming throughout
