Checkboxes dont clear if picking a different training course by accident. #33

When a training course is selected and we add Members to the report but then double check the details and find out we selected the wrong training, The Checkboxes remain checked.

Recreate:

  1. Select Combat Medic
  2. Add a user and select Bookwork and Qual
  3. Switch course to CLS
  4. Checkboxes remain even for items that don't have the respective Bookwork or Qual.
