Training Report: Same Name Picked twice generates no feedback or error. #40

Issue:

When picking the a name twice in a new training report / The submit button is available and clickable but the report does nothing and gives no feedback that there is an issue.

Suggested Actions:

Either filter out the name that is already in the form / Cross out the name so it is clear its picked already / or when picking the same name place a comment under the Name in both places indicating its the same member.
