This will be similar to a discord or guilded @

  • Shows user's display name in place of their username if applicable (fallback to username if no display name)
  • Background matches member status (company)
  • Clicking on it reveals user popup with small details (company, rank, username, link to personnel file)

Possibly integrate into custom text editor down the road allowing @ member as a thing.
