Administrator Tracking for members who create LOA events and are not actually on LOA so they need to be marked as "Canceled" instead of "Ended"

Use Deleted Colum for this feature or modify it since its not used to be "Cancelled" This will help track LOA's that actually took place vs ones that are just not needed. Otherwise we can fully just delete the record because the event never actually happened.

Thinking it could act like events if its "removed" before occurrence
