When posting a new LOA. It does not give any indication that the posting was successful

Maybe have a message: Successfully submitted" and clear the boxes so multiple records arent posted.

-Unsure if im stupid, but there was litterally no notification that the LOA got submitted, i was about 2 seconds from telling u its broken, and then i noticed under history that it WAS submitted each time i clicked submit, it just gave zero indication that anything had happened, leading me to assume it was broken. so add some sort of "LOA submitted" notification
