Member can't "Cancel" an upcoming LOA #84

END for an upcoming LOA is not intuitive., Suggestion to put "Cancel" instead.

Additional Member cant see the button / options if the Reason is too long. "Truncate or Wrap Reason" and possibly add Pop up like application or training report when selected to see all the details
